Suggestions on How to Fill the Forms:

1. Text for the longer sections of the forms (e.g. CV) can be composed using a word processor and later inserted in the form using the "cut and paste" function. You can use the "word count" function of your word processor to check the size of your text.

2. All fields must be filled before the form is submitted (the fields "Ext", "e-mail" and "Fax" do not need to be filled). You will not be able to submit your application if the program detects empty fields.

3. Please respect the indicated sizes. This can be done by writing the text in a word processor.You will not be able to submit the application if the fields contain more than the specified number of characters.

4. We do not want to loose you application for technical reasons. In case you have problems filling the forms, please send us an e-mail xantho@trieste.fapesp.br .

5. Please keep a copy of the material you have submitted.

6. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging of our application.

7. Since your application will be evaluated by the foreign members of the Steering Committee we request that the material is written in English.
